While our rates at Continental Self Storage have historically seen only minimal increases (always with prior notice), this program adds an extra layer of security for your budget. Price Lock Guarantee – Terms & Conditions
- The Price Lock Guarantee applies to new customers only. It does not apply to current customers or to customers who have rented for more than 12 months.
- The Price Lock Guarantee does not apply to the Continental Self Storage Convenience Fee for credit card payments.
- The Price Lock Guarantee is offered solely at the discretion of the owners and management of Continental Self Storage.
- The Price Lock Guarantee may be terminated if a customer engages in any behavior or conduct that violates the rental agreement, including but not limited to:
- Damage to CSS property
- Unacceptable behavior toward other customers, staff, or contractors
